How to book the Hall

Step 1. Check the Hall’s availability via our live calendar which is here. Then view our current costs to hire.

Why don’t we offer instant bookings? We don’t offer instant booking as we need full details of your request before we go ahead. This is to make sure the space is the right fit for you.

Step 2. Once you’ve found an available space for your booking, you’ll need to:

Some hirers will also need to provide valid Public Liability Insurance to use the Hall – full details are outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Please also familiarise yourself with our Exit Checklist, which outlines the requirements for leaving the Hall clean and in good condition.

Step 3. Once we’ve received all your paperwork and it is correct, you will receive an invoice.

Payment of your booking fee is required to confirm your booking.

Full payment of your invoice is needed 14 days before your booking..

Step 4. A member of our Hall Committee will contact you a week prior to your booking to organise entry to the hall and arrange a walk-through of the space (this is for first time users)

Please also familiarise yourself with our Exit Checklist, which outlines the requirements for leaving the Hall clean and in good condition.

Step 4. Following your booking, a post-booking check will be carried out by the Hall Committee. You must complete the Exit Checklist to confirm the Hall has been left clean, tidy, and in good condition. If the Hall does not meet the required standards, additional cleaning fees may be charged or part/all of your bond may be withheld.

If everything is in order, your bond will be returned within 14 days.
